Repetition and Review: We
always provide ways for participants to review what has
been learned, such as written, audio or video materials
that reinforce the training. You and your people will be
able to relive the training event and practice the skills
learned at the event for a long time to come. This
ensures that the skills are integrated and the results are
obtained. |
We are also
very effective at delivering training events that lead to
increases in sales revenues because we customize each event for
the participants in the event. The skills taught and the
examples given will always be right on point. The reason we can
do this is that every training we deliver has three phases.

Pre-training Diagnostics
The objective
of this phase of the work we do for you is to gather information
which enhances our ability to customize the programs and build a
perfect fit for your organization. We do this by doing one or
more of the following:

Thoroughly reviewing the organization’s products and
services, as well as its marketing and sales strategies. |

Conducting a series of telephone interviews and group
evaluations in advance of the program with a cross-section
of participants. |

Evaluating statistical sales activity data (i.e.: number
of leads, number of appointments set, number of
appointments conducted, amount of business closed, etc.).
This data will not only serve to help customize the events
but will also form the foundation for goals upon which we
base the projected results for the training. |

Conducting live evaluations of sales people in action
(over the phone and face-to-face) to determine personal
and professional effectiveness, as well as getting a feel
for the overall mindset of the sales force. |
2.
Training Event(s)
The objective
of this phase is to deliver the skills and ideas necessary to
increase sales revenue within the organization.
Click

be customized to fit your organization’s needs. Occasionally,
after the pre-training diagnostics, we may recommend a change in
the module selected. Once you have selected one or more modules
for your organization, we will fit that training module into the
time you have allotted and deliver an outstanding, customized
set of skills and ideas. As we stated above, this is always
done with an eye towards entertainment, as well as
effectiveness.
3.
Implementation and Review
Training is
only as valuable as the results experienced after implementing
the skills and ideas put forth in the training. Implementation
is critical. An average training event conducted by someone
other than ourselves, usually leads to a 10% to 20%
implementation of the skills taught in the event. Most people
are happy with this because revenues increase significantly, but
we want more. Repetition and review are the keys to further
implementation. We always provide ways for participants to
review the skills and ideas taught. We do this by doing one or
more of the following:

implementation, for participants. |
